Love Tree Chuppah Canopy

In Jewish wedding tradition couples get married under a chuppah (wedding canopy). It is a symbol of the home the couple is building together – with a cover above but no walls, symbolizing that they are a part of a larger community of family and friends.

The original art behind this chuppah was painted as an expression of love in watercolor and gouache, the Love Tree Ketubah describes the foundation for a fruitful, colorful and fulfilling relationship.

In Judaism, The Tree of Life (Etz haChayim עץ החיים) is a mystical symbol used in Kabbalah to describe the path to HaShem. Inspired by this concept, I depicted a couple in love, their bodies blending into one, intertwined with the roots of the strong, elegant tree -- a symbol of their relationship, their connection, their love and passion for each other and the journey on which they are setting forth together.

My art has been shown in galleries all over the world. When you order a chuppah from my shop, you can expect extremely personal and thoughtful customer service, because you work directly with the artist to create the art ketubah of your dreams! My favorite part of what I do is getting to know every couple I work with.

The chuppah is printed on 100% polyester fabric and is available in your choice of sizes. You also have a choice of 4 grommets or 12 grommets (you can attach your chuppah to your poles or using ribbons or silk flowers to match your wedding decor) or a thin rope strung through the sides of the chuppah. Hang in in your home after the ceremony and keep it as an heirloom for generations to come.
